We are looking forward to receive your order!

After sending your order, please send us your data immediately without waiting for further inquiries from our side - independent of the order.
We will check your data and send you an individual order confirmation. We will controll your ordering data, your photos, the size of your photos, the relation between the sides of the photos and other details. This process usually takes some days depending on our order situation.
Please be patient and avoid demands because this stops us working! Please ask for a reading confirmation if you send an email with photos and take care that you do not send more than 20 MB.
Furthermore, we ask you not to send data twice just to be sure that it arrived, if we do not answer immediately!
Please use our order form on this webside. You will find all other order forms on our main webside.
Please be careful to send your correct forwarding adress and your telephone number.

How to send your data:

1. File-Upload with FileChucker - easy!

Please note: First you choose several files and then you can upload them together, but it is better to upload only one file at the time and to wait if everything works well.

Officially we do not have a limit, but to be sure your files should not be larger than 30 MB. Otherwise it could be that your upload will not work. If the uploading process is interrupted, you have to restart.

Data files bigger than 30 MB can be uploaded via Internet Explorer or FTP-program (see below) or you can send them on a data carrier.

2. FTP directly via Internet Explorer - just click onto the link below!

No password needed, important: use an active FTP!

See the web browser: Look for "Extras" => "passives FTP verwenden" => cancel the tickmark => You are using "active FTP".

Choose your data file, take it with "drag and drop" to the opening window, wait until it is uploaded - ready!
After that, you will see the data file's name. You only can upload single data files, no whole folders. You cannot see it (except for the name) or cancel it or overwrite it.

You should pack TIF-files as ZIP-archives if possible.

possible errors:

You need a FTP-program with MAC.

Do not use the Firefox-Browser but the Internet-Explorer.

See the web browser: Look for "Extras" => "use passive FTP => cancel the tickmark => You are using "active FTP".

It is essential to wait until everything is uploaded completely.

Do not upload folders but single data files.

Before uploading something, please change the data file's name in the following way: e.g. yourname_nameofthefile.tif

3. FTP via a FTP program:

Maximum: 20 MB. As some providers do not transport large attachments, you might get problems trying to transmit data files bigger than 10 MB!

Please ask for a reading confirmation, maybe via telephone.

Pack TIF as ZIP, JPG can be transmitted without changes.

Data carrier: CD-ROM, DVD, USB-sticks, formatted for PC

Delivery times and forwarding charges

Usually we need 1 to 10 working days to work your order plus forwarding time, but it depends on our order situation and how many items you want us to deliver. Especially before Christmas delivery times will be longer!

Mostly, we deliver our prints via UPS within 1 to 3 days or via GEL with "standard express next day 5 o'clock".

As a new customer we ask you to pay via bank transfer before we execute your order.

Confirming your order, we will let you know our bank data. Before doing so, we will check the material you delivered as mentioned above. That's why we will need some time before contacting you.

Sale on account is accorded to customers after the third order, to public authorities and to large enterprises. Even with these customers we reserve us the right to ask for initial payment or advanced payment in case of very large orders or special and custom-made items.
