Delivery Costs Germany

Canvas prints on stretchers ready to hang:

You will find our forwarding costs for canvas prints in our price table or you can calculate them yourself with our special calculator.

Usually: We send our products in special cartons, usually with UPS, with a delivery period of 1 - 3 days.

Large pictures with a volume of more than 3,3 m, for exampel 90 x 130 cm, will be sent with GEL Nextday 17 o'clock - without additional charge.

We use UPS or GEL for deliveries to abroad, both with express if necessary, Hermes and DPD ar possible, too, but without express only.

Express deliveries against additional charge with UPS or GEL: next day 17, 12, 10 or 8 o'clock
delivery abroad or scheduled or on saturdays: Please ask!

Personal pickup or material disposal:
If would be a pleasure for us if you liked to pick up your prints yourself in Schwanheide and if you had a look onto our permanent exhibition and the flourishing garden. In this case we charge 25% of the usual shipping costs for the package material.

Parkings are directly in front of the house, Furthermore Schwanheide has good train connections (Hanse-Express Hamburg - Schwerin - Rostock, railway station Schwanheide).

Please note: Deliveries with other parcel services are not possible unfortunately, unless the customer makes someone pick up the items on his own cost. We would charge only the package costs instead of forwarding and package costs.

Forwarding costs - abroad

The goods and services tax on all prices can be omitted, if we have a VAT number of identification or for deliveries to Swiss and Norway.

Swiss: All prices are reduced, because you do not have to pay the goods and services tax of 19% (usually). (Passing a certain amount?) You will have to pay import turnover tax together with a fee of 18,-€ for the charging by the local custom. Please ask for details! Please ask for other countries not mentioned yet - perhaps even outside Europe!

These prices are calculated for parcels up to 175 cm, 30 kg and a volume of no more than 300 cm. Please ask for larger parcels.

Further remarks for Germany and other countries:

Fore some destinations in Germany and abroad, especially for isolated regions and on islands, an "exclave charge" up to 18,- € per parcel could be charged. Please give the exact address, if you ask!

Please take in consideration to use a German delivery address or an address without "exclave charge" if possible. Maybe someone could bring your prints?

New customers usually have to pay via bank transver in advance. After having controlled the photo material sent, we will give you our banc connection together with an order confirmation.

Regulars with more than three orders, administrations and big enterprises may pay on account.
